Well done and I also use it with a 4.5 " strainer to filter kefir mushrooms.
Well constructed with a little handle to keep fingers away from the funnel which allows boiling hot liquid to run through I think it's made of either Polypropylene or High Density Polyethylene, both of which can withstand brief contact with boiling liquids, and of course these plastics have always been BPA-free.Convenient kefir filtration funnel paired with a 4.5" Sieve.
