Sun protection in my review.
It gets a little warmer under the flaps, but I can't walk in the scorching sun without a hat like that. As I got older, I became very sensitive to heat. I had a similar hat while vacationing in Egypt. At least it makes walking a little more bearable on 95 degree days like now. Most importantly, avoid sunburning your neck and ears.
- This hat was exactly what I was looking for.
- Some customers might find the lack of color choices a disadvantage when choosing a sun hat.
