I have had small dogs that need sweaters for almost 50 years. I am delighted with this sweater! Most sweaters last one winter. I have NEVER had such a beautiful sweater for my dog. This is made from 100% eco-friendly organic wool that is hand knitted. You can see right away that this sweater is handmade and exquisite. Because it's wool, it's not as soft as acrylic, but acrylic will break apart and not get hot. This is a heavy sweater and worth every penny. I've been looking for a quality sweater for more years than I can remember. This is definitely a winter sweater. I live in Southern California and we get cold winter nights. High 30's and low 40's But I haven't been able to find anything remotely matching either in stores here or on the internet. With a proper wash, this sweater will last for years. Imagine!
