As soon as I connected it, without settings, I immediately liked the sound, although it didnโt seem expensive or something. But I decided not to stop there: I turned on Crystallizer, adjusted the equalizer to my taste and my headphones, transferred all the music to Flac, set up the foobar2022 through Asio and now I'm catching a fierce buzz. I even now listen to tracks that didnโt really deliver to me before. Crystallizer does some real magic, the sound becomes MUCH better and more detailed. This is my first experience on a relatively serious sound system, so maybe not objectively, but personally I think that the card wins back more than it's worth. Before that, I listened to special musical DACs in the 9-10k price category, where the sound was not even close to the G6. At the expense of heating - it is heated, but not critical. Feels no more than 40 degrees, and maybe less. But my ears are 51 ohms, on high-ohm speakers, maybe things are different
