The ability to schedule appointments, send emails reminders about an upcoming meeting or event is very useful! It's also easy enough that you can use it without any training at all if your team has minimal experience using this software - I'm able solve most issues myself by looking up instructions online (or asking my teammates). If there are more features we would like included in our account then they could add them as additional plans rather than charging us extra money per month just because of what services/features we want access too? We're solving scheduling problems so having those solutions available when needed makes life easier :) For example; one time booking meetings where people have conflicting schedules which means being unable to book into both events simultaneously but now instead need 2 separate booksings etc.
