I have looked at many reviews of this type of mops and in fact they are not that good and some can be very expensive. Even the really good have problems. Since it is one of the cheapest with two separate buckets, which I like, I went for it. It is very easy to assemble. All you have to do is twist the rods together and at the bottom unscrew the bottom compression nut (the plastic screw on the parts) and then put it back on the rod before pressing the wiper against the shaft and then screwing it in. I have used it before and I use buckets for the cleaning solution first and then I rinse and use clean water to rinse. I do this until the dishwater runs clear. So far it works well for the money. The messages also show that they support their product. I would again, still lol. Just don't force anything and everything will be fine. It is what it is, plastic. But after searching it was what I wanted and it was a lot cheaper than a really good one that was also plastic. I gave it 4 stars because the first thing I did when I used the drain plug was it had a hard piece of plastic holding it that came loose and almost went down the drain. I'm going to glue this piece of plastic.
