I have looked at many reviews of this type of mops and in fact they are not that good and some can be very expensive. Even the really good have problems. Since it is one of the cheapest with two separate buckets, which I like, I went for it. It is very easy to assemble. All you have to do is twist the rods together and at the bottom unscrew the bottom compression nut (the plastic screw on the parts) and then put it back on the rod before pressing the wiper against the shaft and then screwing it
