I'll start with the positives. I gave it one star because the dry wiper was good at picking up pet hair and dust. If the mop was wet, the slingshot dried the mop well enough to remove excess water from the floor. Now for the negative comments. When I received the mop part of the handle was missing. As instructed, I emailed the company and received no response. Several weeks have passed and still no answer. I'm short so it didn't really matter so I tried a mop anyway. When the mop is wet, the microfiber will not cover the mop head properly, resulting in scratching of the floor. I actually heard him scratching the tiles. I can only imagine the damage that can do to a wooden floor. You also had to maneuver the squeegee with your hands to get it onto the spindle in the bucket. I couldn't just put the mop in the spinner, I had to put my hands in the bucket to snap it into place. The whole point of my purchase was having a bucket that separates clean and dirty water and didn't have to touch the mop head. I am very disappointed with this purchase and have requested a refund.
