What I like about this product is that you can use it many times and I mean a lot. It gets messy, but worth it. I tried to print my 4 month old baby's hands, I tried film, it didn't work, I ruined his baby book with film. I think this works best with this stamp pad1. Set up an area newspaper that works best, cover the area with newsprint, trust me on this one. They will smear a child's hand, than grab a child's hand with a seal, grab as a child and probably touch other things. I did mine with my baby on the floor while doing tummy time. Make sure the child wears clothes that you don't mind getting ruined. 2. Stamp the baby's hands all over with an ink pad. This is where the newspaper comes in handy, do a few dry runs on the newspaper so that when you want to print your hands on the final design it's not that dark, it's a nice grayish tinge.
