You sent the wrong size.
I ordered it in XL - they sent me a small one. It even had a "Size S" sticker right on the outer plastic packaging. I bought this to wear to an event which I obviously can't, at least without hurting a few small children and no time to order another one and hope they get the right size. might fit in, but then it's probably out of fashion. π
