Review on RitFit Adjustable / Foldable Utility Weight Bench For Home Gym, Weightlifting And Strength Training - Bonus Workout Poster With 35 Total Body Exercises by Todd Worley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It’s awesome! good for me

I read hundreds of reviews on over 20 different weight benches and I’m so glad I went with this one. I needed one that could lay flat and also straight up (90 degrees). I also needed one that could support my 220 lbs but be short enough to the ground for my 5’ 4”. I didn’t want the legs to "roll” or have too big of a gap between the seat and backrest when laying flat. This one met all my requirements and the price was better than most of the others that were missing features. It’s been a lifesaver as I have started lifting heavier. Keep in mind I’m only up to 40 pounds on my chest press but I have no wobbling or instability and I workout with it on carpet. I highly recommend this weight bench

Pros
  • ADJUSTABLE AND UTILITY - The seat and back pads can be readjusted into different positions with 6 Back Position Adjustment & 3 Seat Position Adjustment . Tailor the bench to your training and lay it in an inclining, declining, or flat position for both weightlifting and equipment-free exercises such as crunches and curls!
Cons
  • The bench may not be suitable for people with different body types
