Review on PhoenxPLM by Chris Horton

I like that it has an easy to use interface. It also allows me to create my own templates which makes things easier for me. The customer service can be very slow at times. I would say that they need to improve their customer service. Sometimes I have to wait a day or two before I get a response from them. Overall, I think it's a great tool and worth using. I've been able to make some nice templates with this software. I'm still learning how to use it though so there may be better programs out there. This program has helped me save time by creating templates and keeping track of inventory. It has also allowed me to keep track of our projects and tasks.
