I bought a '75 K10 with a 6" rise and 35" tires. It already had a raised control arm, dual steering stabilizers, and all new suspension and steering components, but it wasn't enough to eliminate wander, aka steering. The tie rod was still at a high angle. The addition of this lowered bipod didn't allow for full steering alignment, but it did eliminate steering over bumps. I was even able to remove the anti-roll bars that were in contact with the differential cover and limited steering travel. Now the truck drives with no problems with the steering, at least on the road.
