Full disclosure - I'm not Rebecca; I'm Rebecca's father. This scale was DOA - hasn't worked since I took it out of the box. I used the manufacturer's batteries and tried orienting them both ways to be sure. I also tried two sets of Duracells. No joy - this scale is dead on arrival. I then contacted the seller as per their own instructions which are actually printed on the box. They guarantee a "positive response within 12 hours". Called - no answer and voicemail is full which is not good. I emailed them and received no reply. Conclusion: The product is junk and the seller is a fake. Revain should remove them from the list. Revain refunded my money.
