I like how quick they were at getting back with me during my first call regarding what features we needed in our new Employee Savings Plan (ESP). They have been very helpful throughout this process! The fact that you get all of your information/documentation electronically has made implementing so much faster than traditional methods would be. Also loved having access from anywhere via mobile devices - there was nothing better when traveling or out running errands then being able to check off items while shopping around town without needing paper documents everywhere!! Nothing yet but know I'm sure once everything moves over into production mode will love them too haha.
