Decent product for the money

Overall I would say I am happy with this product, nothing more nothing less. the screws they give you. Design flaws, length and position of the screws allow only 1 bolt to be screwed in. Of the 4 screw holes, only one is for the bolt. It holds wine which is quite heavy, if it were about 2 inches longer it would make a second clove. Another problem is that the small opening holding the neck is small and only fits narrow neck bottles. If you have bottles with that metal cage around the cork, they will be too thick to fit in the holder. Installation is relatively easy. It is designed to partially remove screws, unscrew the screw heads through the larger handle, then slide them down into the small hole and screw all the way in. However, the screws they give you are. The heads are actually too big to slide through the holes. So if you insert drywall anchors and don't check before screwing in, you could potentially destroy those anchors and may have to start over. Luckily I checked right after putting the bolt in and found that removing the bolts and lowering the holder over those bolts could not install it as intended. I had to loosen this screw and mount it differently. Not really a problem, but if you want to install something a certain way and it doesn't work, it can quickly become a problem.
