Well made but did not fit!

We have about 15 inches of snow. My dogs pads were getting packed with snow and then bleeding so I bought these. The first time on, I kept having to reapply. The 2nd time I strapped them tighter but then all of them filled with snow. The tips became so packed with ice/snow I just took them off. I measured as per the ad.
