Best Oral Glutathione Supplement On The Market

I have been using this supplement for many months and I have this to say: Pure Glutathione Gold is the best oral glutathione supplement on the market. Researching dietary supplements is very important but also time consuming, so I will try to narrow the necessary information down to the most important ones. Glutathione is perhaps the most important dietary supplement available. It's known as the "master antioxidant" for good reason. I have read many articles in medical journals about glutathione, as well as several recently published books detailing this antioxidant, and I have seen firsthand how excited medical professionals are about their continued discoveries. This is mainly because the consequences of glutathione deficiency can be quite devastating (even fatal) to our biology and adequate glutathione supplementation is very important to reverse the consequences (including heart attack and stroke) of chronic glutathione deficiency. The typical western diet leaves most of us with dangerously low levels of glutathione. But equally worrying are the many chemicals we consume on a regular basis; For example, all artificial sweeteners and over-the-counter pain relievers completely destroy glutathione. Aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil), and acetaminophen (Tylenol) interfere with our biological ability to produce and/or absorb glutathione. To offset such negative effects, it is important to consume enough glutathione-rich foods, but it is equally important to fortify the diet with quality supplements, and S-Acetyl Glutathione Gold is the best on the market. This is where a little effective research really pays off. The glutathione molecule is fragile, and when taken orally as a dietary supplement, it is almost completely broken down by stomach acid before it can be absorbed and put to good use. To counteract this negative effect, oral glutathione products must contain a delivery system that protects the molecule from stomach acid. There are currently only two effective methods of protection. One method is liposomal encapsulation, which protects orally ingested glutathione, but foods made using this method must be taken on an empty stomach to get the best benefit. In addition, liposomes are nutrients (fats) that can energize, so they should not be taken right before bed. As such, liposomal glutathione has limitations (which the product developers may or may not have communicated to their customers). However, with acetylated glutathione, the other of the two effective defenses, such limitations are not necessary. The acetylation process protects the supplement when taken orally until it is absorbed intracellularly and delivered to where it is most needed. An alternative to oral glutathione are intravenous supplements, which are actually very effective. It's also very expensive, there are very few licensed clinics to administer it, and the evidence I've seen suggests that acetylated glutathione taken orally is just as effective as glutathione given intravenously at a fraction of the cost. But perhaps most importantly, ANY orally administered glutathione that is not encapsulated in liposomes or acetylated is a waste of money as the product is completely unprotected from stomach acid. However, most glutathione products on the market are in this unprotected and virtually useless form. Pure Glutathione Gold comes in the acetylated form, which in my opinion is the best form of any oral supplement. In addition, the developers of this particular product have gone to the trouble of patenting their protection and delivery system - a point that should not be overlooked. Pure Glutathione Gold is the best glutathione supplement on the market. This is the first product review I have ever written and Pure Glutathione Gold is the only glutathione product I would recommend to all my friends and family.
