This blower does the trick: has 120VAC and 12V input for home or car use, an extra battery for portability , automatically inflates to the desired pressure and displays pressure readings even without air pressure (can be used as a tire pressure gauge). Next to the compressor there is a low-pressure and high-volume air mattress outlet with a detachable hose. The kit also includes a road bike Presta valve adapter and a filling needle. Each accessory, both cables and both hoses have a storage place directly on the device, which is very convenient. The handle makes it very easy to carry, and it's small enough that you can just keep it in your trunk all the time. Don't believe the average reviews - almost all of them are from people complaining about the lack of a battery as the previous version of the listing indicated it was included. This device is far more convenient than the nameless $20 crap.
