I like that it is easy for non-IT people who may not be familiar with security concerns or how to protect data, to use this software as they can navigate through different aspects of their own network without needing help from an expert in computer technology.

It does have some quirks which are difficult at first but once you get used to them everything becomes much easier! You really do need someone experienced using computers to set up all these settings correctly otherwise there will likely end up being errors when trying to connect certain devices etc. We've been able solve issues where other companies were unable to because we had more experience working out problems ourselves instead relying solely upon support services provided elsewhere.
