I like the ease of use. It is very intuitive and easy to learn. The interface is simple and straight forward. I also like how customizable it is, you can easily add your own fields and make changes as you need them. The ability for multiple users to work from one central location, allowing us to manage our data in an accurate manner with minimal time spent searching through different systems or applications. I would like more customization options such as custom fields we can use instead of standard ones that are pre-defined. This is not something i dislike but it could be improved upon if needed.
