I really liked the product for the first year of use. He did a good job removing the dust in the car. By the second year it had become a disgusting stain that was almost impossible to use. It was a gooey mess with strings of orange goo stretched around it. Finally I could roll it into a ball and use it, but not for small cracks (which is exactly what I wanted). Why two stars? Worked well the first summer. I'm willing to give it the benefit of being spoiled because I've kept it in the garage, which obviously gets a lot warmer. I will try again and store it in the basement to see if the temperature in the garage affects the product. One year later. I did what I said and kept it in a much more controlled environment. The product is much better after a year. Splat has not become a GC and still works quite well. I've upped the rating to four stars because it works, but you should keep it in a cooler environment rather than the garage where it can be most useful.
