I have been coloring my hair for almost twenty years. For the last ten years, I've been leaning toward reds. Anyone who dyes their hair red knows that your hair will bleed red after a few washes. I had a comment from my husband about how our shower looked like something out of a slasher movie and I had to bleach the floor in the shower several times. First off, this shampoo and conditioner smells nice and is about the size of a silver dollar and washes my long hair well (hair just above my shoulders). You get a good lather and what surprised me is that the shampoo lather didn't turn very red just before I rinsed my hair. The conditioner took about 90 seconds to set (the instructions say to leave it on for 1-2 minutes) and my hair was soft but not greasy. I would recommend this product to those who color their hair, especially those who have experienced bleeding and discoloration due to the hair color washing out.
