Review on FEL-PRO MS 96123 Intake Manifold Gasket Kit by Bill Snyder

I replaced my original gaskets on my 2003 4-door Ford Explorer XLS 4.0L engine and transmission. Installed as original, the product was satisfied. Be sure to tighten the intake bolts to the correct factory points - do not overtighten the bolts! I had to remove the intake manifold to access the air conditioning lines at the firewall and found the gaskets were bad and needed replacing anyway. Should have replaced the seals sooner if I knew they were shot! Gaskets are made in China. Despite this, many genuine Ford parts are now manufactured and shipped from China. Why pay more at Ford? I would buy them again from the seller if needed.
