Friendly and good performance, not perfect but I like it

This is my second ASUS monitor, good value and good performance. My first is PA-248. Anything a friend recommends, his job is color management. I've had it for half a month and DATACOLOR SPYDER color management, the display was good, 100% RGB accurate, that's enough, I don't use Adobe RGB on PS. and the size is much larger than my old 248. I prefer to connect my laptop in Type C, besides the display, I can also connect an external hard drive to the monitor, it really helps to tidy up my desk! Something that confuses me: my MacBookPro 2019 failed to receive a Type-C signal for the first time. (but my other portable monitor always connects with no problem). I switch to HDMI, it works. And a few days later I keep trying to connect on Type C, the monitor got a signal. But today I couldn't find the monitor, I plug Type C back in and restart MacBookPro, many times it still couldn't work. Until I turn off the monitor for 3 minutes (the button is in the cable connector area where is behind the bottom of the monitor) and continue with the Type C connection. Then I turn on the monitor and the MacBookPro, finally it's back and 1 hour goes by . If an external hard drive is connected to the monitor, do not turn off the monitor after the laptop has hibernated, as this will turn off external devices. The monitor and laptop are in sleep mode, but the laptop is still warm from the night. Not sure why.
