It’s not a bad product. I have bad neck pain and this helps relieve some of the pain. If you’re not sitting on a chair, it can be awkward to use. The first time I used this product I heard a rattling sound and a screw was randomly bouncing around in it. It’s okay for what it’s worth but it’s not my favorite product to use for neck or upper back pain.
