I’m 5’7” 185 and normally Take a large and bought extra large thinking they would shrink like crazy. They didnt shrink as much as I expected so they’re too big but being pajamas not a suit it’s fine. I should have believed their claim to be pre sized with regard to shrinking. The fabric is good quality quite thick actually and very stretchy which puzzles me being all cotton allegedly though they breathe nicely. There are jeans these days with a similar stretchy quality so I don’t know. Anyway they are good quality very comfy and will last a long time. Not what I was expecting but mostly in a good way.
