5 razors and blades are good for shaving and hair removal

First, I'm a man and I use it on my face. I haven't shaved in over a year. The Butterfly Viking brand safety razor just didn't get my hair, always a bad shave. It's the same with all disposable razors, the angle just doesn't catch the hair. I've looked at a lot of razors here, right down to the $75 adjustable range. Also, it's durable and has weight since the handle is solid metal, although I liked that. With the same blade I had left, Parker, 65, I loaded one up and shaved for the first time in a year or more. Finally I felt my face, ah; Big. I think it has something to do with the curvature of the blade as opposed to my butterfly where the blade just sits flat in the razor. In any case I like it a lot, I love the color and I finally enjoyed shaving. Just a note I have used Proraso shaving soap in a bowl, sensitive skin, this is only the second soap I have used but it has worked for me much better than the foam wood shaving soap. Also note, if you've never tried this type razor, there are some good guides on YouTube. My other advice is to never apply pressure with a razor like this, it's just a motion at rest and an angle of about 30 degrees. One more thing, the Poraso soap fits very well in a 4 inch mold, the soap is great but needs a little more in it, I found this to be an elegant solution. Thank you. SW
