Hands off! Poor fit, weak screws. Initial build quality seems decent, and dyno testing works. For my '93 5.7, however, the fit is a far cry from OEM. Tried installing without spacers first based on the old initial setup. It won't even interfere because it's so far off the line. Removed to add shims, then found the shims did not fit without modification. I tried a puck and I would have hooked him, but I tied him up. Both pads seemed to work well, but not quite right. After a few weeks one of the bolts in the block broke and I got stuck more than 3 miles from shore and had to pull out the motor to drill out the bolt. I restored the original and have had no problems since.
