It took two experienced, smart furniture assemblers (not me!) a long time to put this together because they always thought they did it wrong. After all, there was no other combination to put it together. They adjusted and changed the grids. I loaded a bunch of laundry in there. Everything came. The design is awesome. It folds up small and can theoretically carry a large load. Why it can't be built from better materials and made stronger I don't see. I would pay more to have something functional and durable. Unfortunately, despite the good concept, this product did not live up to its promises. When I hung the shirts (no jeans or heavy objects) on the hangers on the side, they went down and the rods started falling out. As a result, the entire top shelf fell down. The other racks were fine, but this reduced the drying space significantly. I have used it for 2 weeks. Every time we move it, a part seems to come loose and everything seems so fragile. It won't support the weight of a full load, even when it comes to things like shirts, sweatpants, and underwear. I would return it if I could but it is very used and the dryer is being repaired today. I will again hang clothes on chairs and doors as needed.
