Review on Digital Kitchen Precision Cooking Conversion by Norma Hoffman

I really liked the digital kitchen scale. I like the fact that there are tables to convert measurements to grams. I bake and weigh all the ingredients. With the conversion table it is very easy to convert a recipe. With a large display, it is easy to read even without a backlight. This is my third digital kitchen scale and my favorite. I think it's good that the display doesn't switch off after 1 minute. A 4-minute interval is enough for me to weigh the recipe. Very happy with the purchase.
