Great knife, great to use
Great wobbly blade that I prefer for slicing/dicing. It's said to require more care and finesse than some other picks, but for a quality knife like this you definitely need to take good care of it. Wash and dry immediately after use, put on a good case or protective film. It feels good in hand and easily slices onions, carrots, etc. To exercise it, I ate about 3 pounds each of onions, carrots, and potatoes. in rapid succession without noticeable fatigue. And did I mention that the knife is just great?
