Review on Energy Suspension 3 1142R Transmission Mount by John Wei

Installed on a 2001 Camaro SS with a T-56 transmission with no problems. Good solid mount that offers more control than the original (soft) rubber mount. Fits perfectly and installs in minutes. Use the original screws to attach the bracket to the gearbox and the one intended for the cross member. Update: After a few rides I've found that the engine vibrations penetrate the chassis/cabin a bit more, but it's a fair trade for a performance upgrade. The drivetrain feels stiffer and the stick no longer "jumps”.
