I'm 5ft 6", 190#, 38 DDD and ordered XL...and I have my mom's bump (I'm 35 and have 4 kids). This is a cute costume! It kind of hides my tummy, which I like. I removed the pads where my breasts go. I prefer without pads. Even with my huge breasts, this is good support. Straightens them out a bit, but at least I don't have to worry about them falling out. The length is good and this summer I will be comfortable at the table. I like that everything is one piece so I don't have to worry about it flying up. I'm XL in 10/12 shirts and pants.
