Oh my god that was INCREDIBLY difficult to fit the steering wheel! No kidding, I did more than 50 minutes of strength and circuit training at the gym for this, and I discovered muscle groups I didn't even know I had. At first I thought I was wrong about the size as it seemed incredible that the case sent to me would fit my steering wheel. I even went back and remeasured my steering wheel after playing with the case for 20 minutes. Well, it was the right size, and after a lot of stretching, grunting, and (I confess) cursing. IT CORRESPONDS. And that's great. The steering wheel is no longer hot (we have a LARGE solar panel in New Mexico); no sweaty and slippery hands. I don't feel like I need to look for gloves before I can ride. That looks good too. It's not very different from my "bare" steering wheel, but the functional difference is significant as leather has a much more pleasant surface to the touch than textured vinyl. I have leather seats; Why not also on the steering wheel? I would give this 5 stars if it was easier to get on the handlebars but it was worth it.
