Review on πŸ’Ž Commando Diamond Deburring Grinding Dresser: Enhance Precision and Finishing Efficiency by James Pfettscher

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works no wear

I have had poor results with diamond sharpeners over the years and got this after many internal disputes. This is a beautifully crafted instrument, the handle is made in the USA and the head is made in China. I took it to a grinding wheel, 60 grit glassy aluminum and ONLY put it in contact and let it make contact for a few seconds max. This was done so it wouldn't heat up and not put as much stress on the diamonds and binder. In just a few minutes the job was done very quickly, the wheel is perfect and all the diamonds are still on command. Anticipating that the crash would be a real possibility, this came as a pleasant surprise. This is recommended. Of course, grinding wheels made of other grits and materials can be harder for this tool.

Pros
  • Makes dressing grinding wheels quick and easy by moving the diamond surface around the circle
Cons
  • Was damaged
