Very sharp! on Cutlery & Knife Accessories
I use this for all regular kitchen cuts, especially raw veggies. Like any ceramic knife, it breaks when you use it to cut bones or ice, for example. Don't underestimate its sharpness, especially if you're used to increasingly dulling steel blades.
