Bought it for a friend but she loves it!
Bought this as a gift for a friend who is recently back on the fitness/diet train. She loves this stuff and swears by it. So far she's had good weight loss results (although that probably has more to do with overall lifestyle than just this product). While I can't personally vouch for it, it's probably worth a try.
