I had carpal tunnel surgery and it was god! This is the perfect size for home use (occupational therapy roller is HUGE). A roller is more helpful than an ice pack because I can focus more on my swollen areas. It also helped my mother a lot with her plantar fasciitis! Great product (haven't tried heating it yet)
