HIIT/Weights/Circuit Training Review - Size, Comfort and Performance

Bought in March 2020 for HIIT/Wooden Floor Circuits (home workouts) Size: I bought women's size 7.5. I'm a size 7 in sneakers, 7.5 in boots. There is no size 7 option for this shoe. As expected, it was large in the front. I have wide feet so I usually like the space but here was too much extra space. Mentally, he was more cautious about moving his feet (e.g. lunging) as he didn't have as much support on the balls of his feet as more dense shoes. comfortable (does not rub). Adjustable laces don't help with a big front. When I jumped or made any quick moves it felt pretty solid and solid. The rubber outsole has good traction but is made of a harder material than expected. It flexes well during exercise, but I wouldn't fold it when packing (which I was hoping). Qualities: In general - good. I use it for HIIT, strength training and circuit training. I leave the insoles on for these workouts, but I can recommend removing them for lighter workouts like yoga, Pilates, or even going barefoot.

Pros
  • It's incredibly comfortable and I'm very happy with my purchase!
Cons
  • Limited color options
