The water in our area is hard and no matter how hard I try, I can never get the shower door completely clean. I was able to remove the soap scum, but there were still vertical lines on the glass that looked like water droplets were running down the glass - almost as if the glass had been etched. I've been reading about this product for a while and finally ordered it. I tried it on a test spot in the bottom corner and then on a patch in the middle of the door. I used the included cleaning cloth and it took very little effort to clean the glass. (Next time I'll try using a regular sponge or rag to see what the difference is between a nylon cleaning cloth.) It was difficult to get a photo showing the difference, but the results were astonishing. There was also a lot of soapy water on the door, but the lines were completely removed - just clear glass. (Unable to take a photo showing the difference between the cleaned glass with lines and after applying this cleaner.) It probably hasn't looked this clear since the door was installed.
