I like that it's easy for me as an account manager who is new in marketing agency/consulting firm context or even more so when you are managing small team of marketers (2-3) - It helps us keep track what needs our attention next time we're reviewing data from this platform! The dashboard could be better organized but overall everything works great atm :) We use CGM product mainly because they have very good implementation experience compared other platforms out there which didn't work well during their trial periods here too :( So far no issues though!! Definitely recommend using them if want something reliable & scalable solution! 1.) Easy way how can i find my most active leads 2.). Helpful tool about lead scoring 3). Great support 4!). Very affordable pricing structure 5)! Excellent customer service 6!) You wont regret choosing cgmg system after having used once 7!).
