Excellent platform for automated chatbot testing

The analytics are fantastic - I like being able to see performance across different channels and how that is changing month-to-month as well. Plus it's very easy for me or my colleagues who work in another office/country (Germany) regularly communicate using Chatbots!The interface could be more modern looking but this isn't something we have had issues finding solutions too at present so no complaints there either. There aren't any other major downsides really apart from maybe not having access

User friendly, Affordable and Robust Analytics

I like that it's easy for me as an account manager who is new in marketing agency/consulting firm context or even more so when you are managing small team of marketers (2-3) - It helps us keep track what needs our attention next time we're reviewing data from this platform! The dashboard could be better organized but overall everything works great atm :) We use CGM product mainly because they have very good implementation experience compared other platforms out there which didn't work well…

Great tool for tracking customer interactions with our brand

I like that it is easy for anyone in our organization to use this platform without needing help from an IT person or other expert user of GCP services.The customer service team has always been very responsive when we have any questions about their products. The integration of some third party applications such as Zapier which makes them even more useful than they already are because now you don't need to create separate tools just to accomplish certain tasks with these two programs.
