Review on 💡 Mistel Vision MX850 Power Supply - 850W 80 Plus Platinum Certified Modular PSU, Full Modular Power Supply for PC, RGB LED Power Supply Controlled via Motherboard by Jake Pavelko

This is a review of the 1000w model. Wiring. It was almost like the forks didn't even have to fit. I've only installed a few power supplies in my life, so I'm not an expert. But I'm pretty sure it doesn't take a lot of force to push the plugs in just to get them seated properly. The connector that went to my motherboard was also very tight, to the point where I thought I might break the motherboard with the force I had to use to install and remove the connector. All other plugs fit perfectly. The second problem I had was that when I finally got everything together, I flipped the switch on the power box and the lights came on. But that's where it all ended. No response from my power button, either on the case or on the motherboard. After taking everything apart again to try to determine the source of the problem, I swapped out the PSU with one from another build I had. Everything worked fine with the other PSU and my other build didn't work with that PSU either. I'm pretty sure I just got a lemon and it's not representative of their entire stock of power supplies, but as this is my first impression of them I don't care about them anymore and have bought another brand that does works and fits much better than this. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if that's the quality of some of the power supplies they ship.
