Provided it lasts, it's perfect! It wasn't easy getting the Mac eyeshadow cups/jars out of the plastic cases! But the Sephora eyeshadow trays came out flawless and magnetized to the bottom of this case. Maybelline Brow Powder (rectangular) transfers flawlessly to this palette as well. The Urban Decay eyeshadow tins/jars will also be coming out, but with a little fuss. The kit includes steel stickers to stick on the bottom of plastic eyeshadow jars like Milani.
