Comes with a set of cables and a clip and a standard base. Both are very strong and heavy. You use one or the other, not both. The base takes up a lot of space on your desk but is low and flat; you could put something on it, the main thing is that it fits under the monitor. I wish the clamp was more flexible; You can rotate, raise and lower, and tilt the monitor, but you can't move it any closer than some monitor arms allow. But overall I'm happy with it. And at the risk of sounding like an idiot, there's a power button on the back of the monitor, near where the power cord plugs in, as well as a power button on the front. It took me an obscene time to figure that out. I thought the monitor was defective because it wouldn't turn on when I pressed the power button on the front panel. I checked the outlet, tried different cords, and considered sending it back as defective. When the second page of Google results gave me the answer. This monitor has TWO power switches and both must be on. Just thought I'd mention it in case someone else runs into this problem.
