I took extra care to measure my son's back and arms, then used the size chart provided by the company. When the coat came it was a lot thinner than I thought and it was so tight across the shoulders I checked to make sure the right size (XL) was shipped. The label said extra large but when my 180 lb. 6'2" son can't even drop his arms down for fear of ripping the jacket, I knew the size was not right. I don't know if it was miss labeled but it didn't work! The company approved and gave me a complete refund, so I am grateful for that!
