I've had this for about a year now. So far this has done more harm than good - it would randomly turn the device off for no apparent reason, and I had to physically reach for the switch and press the power button to turn it back on. So it actually caused more downtime than it prevented. I've found many people sharing the same experience with no solution other than "Disable Auto Cycle" - that's the whole point of this product. It does not act as a "smart plug" in any other capacity. There are better and cheaper ways using a regular smart plug and some logic to do the same. It was a new idea and worth the experiment, but I wouldn't recommend anyone spending money on it.
