Great Customer Service Solution for Call Center Staff

I like that this system was intuitive to set up - we had several team members who were totally new at using systems but really picked it right off our bat! The ability is also great so you can use other tools within Trueact too which makes life easy!! This product has changed how my department operates day in & out and allows us to effectively interact w/our clients and their customers while staying compliant with SOX regulations. Ease of use, excellent customer service team, and the ability to build out custom features that are unique to our business. The ability to have a single database that can be accessed from multiple platforms is a huge benefit. As we grow, trueAct will continue to evolve to meet our changing needs. True Act allows us to easily track and manage customer service interaction from the front desk to the call center.
