I bought this unit to replace a similar product that no longer works. At $32, it was half the price of another device. Unlike the other unit, it didn't have bass and treble controls, but I figured I wouldn't need it anyway. It turns out that the sound quality (especially in the lower frequency range) is not as good as another device. But the real reason why I'm disappointed with this product is the Bluetooth range: I have an amp right in the house and play music with it on my patio (rather small outdoor space). The problem is, if the amp isn't within 4-6 feet of my phone or tablet, it loses connection. That's a far cry from the 10 meters listed in the description and about a quarter or a fifth of what I got from my previous $60 amp. For me this product is a waste of money.
